A sparkling wine from Glera, the grape behind Italian Prosecco, grown in Moldova and made by the Charmat method. Medium yellow with green reflections, green apple and elderflower on the nose with acacia blossom behind, fresh and velvety on the palate. An aperitif bubble, to be served very cold.
