Viorica is a Moldovan grape with a pronounced aromatic character, and this dry white shows it plainly: flowers, citrus, yellow apple and ripe apricot. Golden lemon in the glass, fresh on the palate with well balanced acidity. Serve it cold, as an aperitif or beside lighter dishes.
