Sparkling wine · 375ml

A sweet sparkling wine from Feteasca Regala, made in Moldova by the Charmat method. Yellow with gold reflections, field flowers and ripe apricot on the nose, citrus and honey behind. Richly sweet at 210 grams of sugar a litre and light at nine degrees, yet held in shape by acidity and a mineral edge. Serve it very cold with dessert.
