A sweet still red from Moldova, equal parts indigenous Feteasca Neagra and Merlot, with 100 grams of residual sugar per litre. Deep ruby in the glass, delicate chocolate on the nose, and a soft, sweet palate carrying the same chocolate shade. Serve it at 16 to 18 degrees.
