Bravoure Feteasca Neagra blend

Red wine · 750ml

A red blend of Feteasca Neagra with Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, aged up to twelve months in oak. The native Feteasca Neagra gives the wine its dark fruit, and the estate grows all three at Găvănoasa, in southern Moldova. Full bodied, with soft tannins and a long, memorable aftertaste.

The producer

Château Cristi

Château Cristi was founded in 1882 by Vladimir Cristi, a mayor of Chișinău. The estate farms 120 hectares near Găvănoasa, in Valul lui Traian in the south of Moldova, with twelve grape varieties. Its estate wines are harvested by hand, kept to six tonnes a hectare and aged six to twelve months in oak.
