Bravoure Malbec Rosé

Rosé wine · 750ml

A dry rosé from Malbec, pale coral in colour, made by pressing whole bunches gently and slowly. The grapes come from the estate vineyards at Găvănoasa, in southern Moldova. Fresh and crisp, with floral and yellow fruit aromas and a marked mineral edge.

The producer

Château Cristi

Château Cristi was founded in 1882 by Vladimir Cristi, a mayor of Chișinău. The estate farms 120 hectares near Găvănoasa, in Valul lui Traian in the south of Moldova, with twelve grape varieties. Its estate wines are harvested by hand, kept to six tonnes a hectare and aged six to twelve months in oak.
