Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Feteasca Neagra, an indigenous black grape of the region, from the 2015 harvest and aged twelve months in oak barrels. A decade on it is still red with intense reflections. Smoked plum, black cherry and a note of vanilla chocolate on the nose, then a broad palate with bold tannins and spice behind the berry fruit. Open it an hour ahead and serve it with red meat.
